MAKEUP WITH RISING PHOENIX is the brain child of two makeup loving sisters from sunny Singapore.

We just love exploring the endless possibilities of colour, shimmer and glitter. Our goal is to create one of a kind, exclusive shades in all permutations possible.

We take pride in being a small company. Our products are formularized and handmade in small batches from scratch by us with love, based on our own recipes to nourish and hydrate your skin.  Each and every ingredient is vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and eye & lipsafe (US FDA approved).  

We stand behind the cosmetics we create.

We care deeply about providing high quality, deeply pigmented, long lasting cosmetics for everyday use to special occasions.

That’s why we do not use parabens for preservatives, gluten, carmine, beeswax, lanolin or talc as a filler ingredient. 

We aim to cater to beauties from all walks of life, and of all types of skin-tones.  

And we strive to keep our products affordable for all. Good quality, highly pigmented, vegan-friendly cosmetics need not break the bank.
